What are the procedures involved when I order a property valuation? |

Once we have received your request and details on the subject property along your contact information we then send you out a quote for you to sign and return. We then arrange for the earliest convenient inspection time for you and the rest, is left to us!
Once the inspection has been carried out, our team will then prepare a signed report with recent sales evidence in your area and our totally independent assessment of what we think your home is worth. You will then be notified once complete. |

How long does it take to have my property valued? |

We are usually able to complete your standard residential valuation within 2 – 5 working days (Depending on access to the property) and your commercial/industrial valuation within 7– 10 working days. |
