  • Why Should I Have My Property Valued?

Buying or selling a house is the most important decision most people will ever make. We can inspect a property and provide a report and advise whether the property is too expensive, a bargain or just the right price. Our Wollongong valuation reports can be used for negotiation with the agent and financial purposes. Selling your home in the current real estate market can be a very confusing time. The market is falling, and, although tempting, a high, unrealistic price by an agent can really cost you if you're not careful. Be smart.

Before signing a listing agreement with any agent, get a fully independent assessment of your home's market value by Illawarra's most respected firm of property valuers, JacksonCo Property Valuers. Your home's report will help you focus on what is a realistic price. And the report will be very handy in helping you select the estate agent of your choice. These reports have saved some of our clients up to $40,000 on a home purchase.

  • What Are the Procedures Involved When I Order Wollongong Valuations?

Once we have received your request and details on the subject property, along with your contact information, we will then send you a quote for you to sign and return. We then arrange for the earliest convenient inspection time for you, and the rest is left to us. Once the inspection has been carried out, our team will then prepare a signed report with recent sales evidence in your area and our totally independent assessment of what we think your home is worth. You will then be notified once the report is complete.

  • How Long Does It Take to Have My Property Valued?

We are usually able to complete your standard residential valuation within two to ten working days (depending on access to the property) and your commercial or industrial valuation within seven to fourteen working days.

  • Why Should I Choose JacksonCo Property Valuers?

    Because we actually care.
